Description

The NYX Awards is an international competition that recognizes outstanding work in marketing, design, advertising, and digital media. Honoring agencies, brands, and creative professionals, the award celebrates projects that demonstrate excellence in execution, audience engagement, and strategic impact.

The awards program is open to all creative and marketing professionals, individuals, agencies, companies, organizations, and institutions involved in advertising, marketing or communication practices, as well as media practitioners for internal or external audiences. To be eligible, an entry must have been produced after January 1, 2023. Entries may originate from any country.

Categories:
NYX Awards Categories are divided into 12 award programs: Advertising & Design, Website, Video, Audio & Podcasts, Mobile App, Social Media, Content Marketing, Strategic Campaign, Integrated Marketing, Marketing Campaign, Public Relations Campaign, and Special Categories.

Eligibility:

Submission Requirement:
➜ All entries must be submitted for judging exactly as published or implemented and may not be modified for the competition. The NYX Awards may request proof of initial production and/or publication date.
➜ The awards reserve the right to re-categorise incorrectly classified entries.
➜ Judges reserve the right to withhold an award in a category if submissions do not meet their expectations.

Entry Brief:
It is recommended that you keep your synopsis to approximately 350 words. We suggest you utilise this section of your entry to elaborate on the piece as well as the creativity and originality of your idea. The brief should strengthen your entry, as well as providing the jury a better understanding of your project. A written translation or adaptation must accompany non-English entries.

Image Submission:
The submissions should be saved in a flattened JPEG or JPG format. (keep them under 4MB, 1,200px wide is preferable, 300dpi, RGB).

➜ Early Bird Deadline: May 10 - Jun 4, 2025 ($130/Single & $195/Campaign)
➜ Regular Deadline: Jun 5 - July 2, 2025 ($140/Single & $205/Campaign)
➜ Final Deadline: July 3 - August 6, 2025 ($160/Single & $215/Campaign)
➜ Final Extension Deadline: August 7 - September 10, 2025 ($180/Single & $225/Campaign)
➜ Last Minute Deadline: September 11 - October 17, 2025 ($190/Single & $235/Campaign)

Winning Level:
There are THREE (3) levels of achievement in the competition:
➜ NYX Grand (85-100 points)
➜ NYX Gold (70-84 points)
➜ NYX Silver (50-69 points)

While there are THREE levels of achievement, NYX Awards will select ten amazing agencies who participated and won the most categories in the NYX Awards based on criteria set by the International Awards Associate (IAA). 

These ten selected agencies will be able to achieve the coveted title of Top 10 Agencies of the Year.

Judging:
Judging is blind. All entrant information is removed from entries to prevent bias/conflict of interest.

The jury panel comprised of experienced professionals in their field and industry, including experienced professionals across marketing, communication, media, public relations, creative and many other industries from around the world, bringing industry knowledge and category-specific skill sets to evaluate every entry.

Evaluation Criteria:
Each submission is judged of its own accord, on a score scale of 1-100. The criteria are as follows:

➜ Content / Quality of Message
➜ Production & Execution
➜ Innovation / Effectiveness
➜ Overall Experience

*Awards will not be presented to entrants with an average score under 50.

The NYX Awards and International Awards Associate’s decision are final in its sole discretion and binding in relation to all matters relating to Competitions and may not be subject to any discussions or correspondence.

Results Announcement:
All winners for 2025 will be announced on October 30, 2025 via the NYX Awards official page. All registered participants can then login to view all winning entries.
