The Center for Architecture provides award-winning design education programming to New York City students, teachers, families and the general public. We also produce an annual exhibition of student design work.
Description
Purpose:Advanced study in any area of architectural investigation that will effectively contribute to the knowledge, teaching or practice of the art and science of architecture. The proposed investigation is to result in a publicly available written work, design project, research paper, or other form of presentation to be offered at the Center for Architecture.
Award:
Single award of up to $15,000. This award may be split at the discretion of the Scholarship Committee.
Eligibility:
Applicants must be a U.S. citizen engaged in the profession of architecture or a related field and have received their first professional degree at least five years prior to the date of application.
Deadline:
Applications must be received on February 1st by 5:00 pm EST. Applications received after the deadline will not be considered.
