Description

Pour sa 2nde édition, le CAUE met au défi les candidats !

L’appel à idées «GRANDE MAISON, PETIT TERRAIN», invite les candidats à répondre à un enjeu à la fois contemporain et récurrent : la pression foncière. Cette pression aboutit à la densification croissante des zones urbaines, et à l’existence de terrains de plus en plus atypiques.

Il s’agit ici de se projeter vers un urbanisme durable, maintenant l’équilibre entre parcelles vertes ou agricoles et terrain à bâtir, et de respecter la loi ALUR qui lutte contre le mitage des terrains. Confrontés à cette question, particuliers, élus et architectes, se voient obligés d’y apporter des réponses ingénieuses en matière d’innovation architecturale.
Le but de cet appel à idées est de penser l’habitat dans une densification urbaine croissante.

Comment construire un logement spacieux et généreux sur des parcelles de plus en plus exiguës ?

Trois sites calvadosiens d’environs 350 m2 sont proposés aux candidats :
– une parcelle libre en centre bourg ancien
– une division parcellaire
– une petite parcelle de lotissement

Les candidats participent à l’appel à idées en ne sachant pas sur quel site ils travailleront mais pourront s’inscrire à un, deux, ou trois sites.

L’appel à idées est ouvert aux étudiants en architecture, architectes, urbanistes, paysagistes, ingénieurs, thermiciens, aménageurs, constructeurs, architectes d’intérieur, designers…

Les participants pourront se présenter seuls ou en équipe associant différentes compétences. En cas de réponse par équipe, un mandataire devra être désigné. Il sera le seul interlocuteur vis-à-vis de l’organisateur.
