L'École nationale supérieure d'architecture Paris-Val de Seine est un établissement public à caractère administratif sous la double tutelle du ministère de la Culture et du ministère de l’Éducation Nationale Enseignement Supérieur et Recherche. L’école dispense une formation de licence master qui conduit aux métiers d’architectes.
Description
Le concours Construire en pierre structurelle est organisé par l’École nationale supérieure d’architecture Paris-Val de Seine et sa matériauthèque, en partenariat avec le Syndicat national des industries de roches ornementales et de construction (SNROC) et l’Association Les pierres sauvages de Belcastel.
Il a pour vocation de sensibiliser les étudiants à l'utilisation de la pierre dans les domaines contemporains de la construction et de l'aménagement urbain. L'édition 2022, présidée par Marc Bigarnet, architecte et maître de conférences à ENSA Lyon, interroge "Les futurs paysages de la pierre".
Les candidats sont invités à envisager de quelle[s] manière[s] la pierre peut permettre de refonder les situations construites de demain, les architectures publiques ou domestiques ; de redéfinir les territoires habités, les espaces publics ; contribuer à un paysage décarboné. En somme de définir quels peuvent être les futurs paysages de la pierre.
