En France, les centres régionaux des œuvres universitaires et scolaires ou CROUS sont des établissements publics à caractère administratif chargés principalement de l'aide sociale, de l'accueil des étudiants internationaux, du logement pour étudiants, de la restauration universitaire et de la vie culturelle étudiante. Ils sont animés, dans le cadre d'un réseau national, par le Centre national des œuvres universitaires et scolaires.

THÈME : CONTACT
Le concours de la photo franco-allemand est piloté par le Centre National des Œuvres Universitaires et Scolaires (Cnous) et son homologue allemand le Deutsches Studentenwerk (DSW).
Il est ouvert à tous les étudiants inscrits dans un établissement d’enseignement supérieur des académies de : Aix-Marseille, Antilles-Guyane, Lyon-Saint-Etienne, Orléans-Tours, Strasbourg et Toulouse ainsi que des Studentenwerke de : Essen-Duisburg, Freiburg, Kalrsruhe, Tübingen-Hohenheim et Vorderpfalz.
Comment s’effectue la sélection?
Dans chaque Crous et Studentenwerk participants, un jury régional effectue une sélection transmise à un jury binational qui sélectionnera les deux meilleures épreuves.
