Association loi 1901, ConstruirAcier a pour objectif de promouvoir l’utilisation de l’acier dans les ouvrages de construction du bâtiment et des travaux publics.
Description
SUJET
Il est proposé aux étudiants de concevoir un franchissement, pont, passerelle, viaduc habité.
Le pont est un espace public favorisant le lien social dans les villes. Les besoins variés des usagers, la concentration urbaine et la nécessité d'une économie des ressources et de l'espace donnent un nouvel intérêt à un dispositif structurel et architectural oublié, le pont habité. Imaginez le vôtre en utilisant toutes les caractéristiques techniques et esthétique de l'acier.
SITE
Chaque candidat choisira dans sa région le site de préférence urbain dans lequel va venir s'insérer son projet.
Il conviendra d'expliquer et de justifier ce choix par quelques commentaires et des photo montages d'insertion.
PROGRAMME
Deux possibilités sont offertes aux étudiants :
- concevoir un franchissement habité, pour réunir des quartiers existants, séparés faisant partie d'un nouvel aménagement urbain.
- greffer le projet sur un ouvrage existant, par un élargissement, une surélévation ou une mise en suspente.
Cet ouvrage pourra être emprunté par des véhicules automobiles ou n'être que piétonnier.
Les constructions pourront comprendre, à titre indicatif, suivant le lieu retenu par les candidats :
- des logements sur 10% de la surface du pont
- des commerces, restaurants et des lieux d'animation sur 20% de la surface du pont I des jardins et des lieux de repos
- des voies de circulation.
Dans le cas d'un ouvrage neuf, la structure sera en acier. Dans le deuxième cas, l'ouvrage existant pourra être en matériau traditionnel, bois, brique, pierre, béton. La greffe, en revanche, sera en structure métallique.
Tous les composants constructifs du projet seront conçus en acier ou avec d'autres matériaux dans une proportion que chaque candidat dosera et justifiera suivant la composition architecturale de son projet.
