The annual DSWF Global Canvas Art Competition is part of David Shepherd Wildlife Foundation’s Art for Survival programme and was established in 2004 to encourage young people to express their concern for the environment through art.
Each year we look for imaginative group entries from children aged 16 years and under to use creative media, including art and sculpture, to create a mini-exhibition reflecting the year’s theme. In 2018 it will be ‘Into the Wild’. We encourage an emphasis on wildlife but all the Earth’s wonderful flora and fauna is there to be represented in as creative a way as possible!
In 2018 entry runs from June to February 1st so why not get your thinking caps on for 2018!
Come ‘Into the Wild’ with us and you might be lucky enough to have your entry shortlisted for the Natural History Museum event next March!
