Teams of 2-3 students from all around the world take on the role of a creative business development managers. In line with our motto “Create. Learn. Grow” and with support of Henkel business managers as mentors, students develop an innovative concept for a Henkel brand or technology for 2050.

Description
Henkel Innovation ChallengeThe Henkel Innovation Challenge is an international student competition, which has been successfully held for the first time in 2008.
The best teams of up to 30 participating countries are invited to a national semi-final in their country or region, where they present their creative ideas to a jury of Henkel managers. The winners of the national finals will take part in the competition’s big international final in one of our regional headquarters.
The top three teams can look forward to great rewards, such as attend a personal meeting with the Henkel CEO, monetary travel vouchers or exciting career opportunities.
After a creative break, the next Henkel Innovation Challenge will start with a new more digitized concept with its promotion phase in autumn 2017. Students will have to submit their concept until end of December 2017. The semi-finals will take place during spring time 2018 and the big international final in May 2018.
