OPEN ART CONTEST FOR ARTISTS & PHOTOGRAPHERS – PETS WE LOVE

• Curator Selection: on or before July 18, 2019
• Artist Notification: on or before July 19, 2019
• Grant Announcement: on or before July 19, 2019

Art-Competition.online: Announces a call to artists for a Group Exhibition.

Ten artists will be selected for an online group exhibit, "Pets We Love 2019". In this exhibit the selected student artist's art consisting of 1 to 4 works will be presented, along with the artists name, title of the art and size of the art will be displayed.

• Ten artists will be extensively marketed on this website and over the internet, including YouTube.  In this exhibit the selected artist's information will be displayed.

• One artist’s work will be selected to receive the “Ginger O'Rourke Art Grant” of $100. This artist’s work will become the image of the exhibition and will be used on the invitation, video title screen and on all online presentations.

• Ten artists will receive an art contest certificate through the Art-Competition.online website and will be available for life.

Theme and Selection:

"Pets We Love 2019” - Pets become family, and are caring companions that we love and honor. Their relationship to us is as working, service and emotional loving partners form the exotic to the domestic animals. It is no wonder that they have graced the historic and contemporary works of art. Whether or not we one have a pet we, all still need to respect and protect them.

Eligibility: This competition is open to all artists and photographers 18 aand older.  Entries must be created in a still medium: painting, drawing, photography, digital, prints.

Submission Fee

Entry Fee: $10 for up to three entries and $5 for each additional image.
(No limit on the number of additional entries submitted.)
