It is with pleasure that we announce the beginning of an interior design contest, open for all the designers, architects and students for our apartment complex in via Albani (Varese - Italy).
The contest will take place for over two months, From 15/06/2016 to 15/08/2016. At the end, a jury of professionals will select two winners, that are going to see their vision come true and receive the prize of
500 € each.

The main goal of this initiative is the enhancement of ideas.
Every concept and every abstract thought must have the possibility to become real, in whatever way it comes. It is with this benchmark that we hope a rich participation from anyone willing to share their ideas with ours.
« Ensemble magnifique; au coucher du soleil, nous apercevions sept lacs. Croyez-moi, mon ami, on peut courir la France et l'Allemagne sans avoir de ces sensations-là. » wrote Stendhal after one of his many journeys to this Lombard region. Varese seems to have a quite poetic past, doesn’t it?
The city itself is surrounded by seven beautiful lakes that add uniqueness to the territory. Varese, thus, takes the title of “The Seven Lakes Region” after its shining sons: Lake Varese, Lake Maggiore, Lake Comabbio, Lake Monate, Lake Lugano, Lake Ghirla, and Lake Ganna. On top of this, Lake Como, situated 35 km away, adds to the natural beauty of the region.
Varese does not only portray a lake-like landscape, as hills and mountains are also part of our DNA. With its 883 meters in height, Sacro Monte is a stunning hill that belongs to the Regional Park 'Campo dei Fiori' and is part of UNESCO since 2003. Local excursions and day trips give you the opportunity to explore every single natural secret and to enjoy the breathtaking view of the city from above. Is there anything more you need to know? From Belvedere Campo dei Fiori, on a clear and sunny day, you will be able to spot in the distance the golden statue of Virgin Mary on the Duomo!
Villas and castles are the noteworthy citizens of this marvelous city. Ladies first, villas, namely: Villa Panza, Villa Mirabello, Villa Mylius, Villa Toepliz, Villa Porta Bozzolo, Palazzo Estense, and many others, come alive during springtime and summertime thanks to their surrounding parks full of colors and scents. Similarly, art exhibitions organized in these places bring honor to the city. Following, the gentlemen: Castle Masnago, Castle Visconti S.Vito, and Rocca Borromeo are the most renowned ones that, together with their museums, depict the local culture and serve as examples of Ancient Roman and Medieval architectures.
In addition, Varese is fully equipped with traveling facilities. For day outs in town, we have a well-functioning public transportation network (CTPI) that includes multiple bus lines; while, for out-of-town trips, two railway stations: Varese Ferrovie Nord and Varese Ferrovie dello Stato, are available and ready to satisfy any kind of journey you desire. From Varese Ferrovie Nord, passing through Saronno, you can reach Milano Cadorna. You can also get to Milano Porta Garibaldi through Gallarate from Varese Ferrovie dello Stato.
Finally, Varese is also not far from the International Airport of Malpensa and Switzerland. In fact, it takes only 40 minutes on the motorway of the Lakes A8 to reach Malpensa, while Lugano is just 33 km away by motorway A2.
Brighter than William Turner’s most amazing painting, the “Segreto Verde” is made up of 8 flats, set on 4 floors.
A perfect combination of setting and architecture gave birth to this ideal hiding place, intended for anyone who not only wants to enjoy this lively city, but also experience nature itself. Set in a residential zone only a few minutes away from the city centre, the “Segreto Verde” covers the wide territory of Varese and gives you the unique opportunity to live in a green, peaceful and equipped area.
Each floor has 2 flats: a two-room apartment and a three-room apartment, both with large terraces.
The former apartment includes a big living room with a kitchen area, a double room provided with a walk-in closet, a bathroom and a utility room.
The latter one incorporates a hall leading to a wide open space with a living room and a kitchen, a double room, a single room and two bathrooms.
Additionally, a lovely terrace with a complete and breathtaking view of Varese is at the exclusive use of the 4th floor three-room apartment owners.
Brightness is the essential quality of this structure, which, in comparison to a typical building, was built to capture more of the existing natural light. Likewise, the apartments benefit from the wide, airy and modern spaces provided.
On top of this, the “Segreto Verde” is a completely “Green” construction. Solar panels, domotic installation, and floor heating are the key features of this Class A building.
