Le groupe PBM est un groupe français spécialisé dans la préfabrication d’éléments en béton pour la construction. Leader incontesté dans son secteur, sa mission est de satisfaire durablement par l’innovation la demande croissante de produits et solutions en béton préfabriqué.
Pour s’acquitter de cette mission, le groupe PBM emploie plus de 600 collaborateurs répartis sur 10 sites de production en Europe et décline son activité en 4 divisions :
- Bâtiment : escaliers, balcons, conduits d’aération, préfabriqués en béton
- TP/Génie Civil : murs de soutènement, écrans acoustiques
- Négoce : petits éléments en béton à destination des négociants en matériaux de construction, Escalakit® (escalier béton préfabriqué, livré en kit) et SoLoft, un escalier mixte béton et métal
- Eurobéton : conception, fabrication et pose de bâtiment industriels
Description
The contest Stairs Design Awards is organised by PBM Group.
PBM Group is a French company specialised in precast concrete elements for construction.
The contest Stairs Design Awards is designed for the participants to create an innovative staircase with a strong identity that becomes a key architectural feature way beyond its functional role.
The goal is for the participants to be creative and show their project.
Imagine and create a staircase with a particular design, completely different from all existing possibilities. Other materials may be used in combination with concrete but concrete should remain the main component. The staircase should retain its function as a staircase but also has to comply with accessibility rules and must be feasible.
