Description
The Chelsea International Photography Competition is organized by Agora Gallery in New York City. This competition provides a great opportunity for the exposure of work by amateur as well as professional photographers alike. With a distinguished panel of jurors and prizes valued at more than $55,000, the Chelsea International Photography Competition is an excellent opportunity for photographers seeking the possibility of national and international acclaim.Eligibility
There are two competition categories: Amateur and Professional. National and international submissions are welcome. Participants must be at least 18 years of age.
Submission Categories
You may submit your artwork to one of two categories:
Amateur photography: Amateur photographers are those who engage in photography for pleasure rather than for professional purposes or gain. Their engagement with photography is more casual.
Professional photography: Professional photographers are those who have a solid body of work, a number of publications in their name and/or earn the majority of their income from the practice of photography.
Media And Topics
Digital, analog, phone images and images taken with any camera are all accepted.
The competition is open to images that may investigate any topic, from regional cultures and travel photography to commercial work and photojournalism, though certain restrictions may apply.
