PHmuseum is a curated platform dedicated to contemporary photography. Launched in 2012, nowadays we are a community of 4,000 selected photographers reached by more than 300,000 visitors per year. Our goal is to provide photo editors with powerful tools for discovering photographers and purchasing visual stories. We also organise online exhibitions. Our galleries have hosted the work of internationally recognized authors like Jacob Aue Subol, Anastasia Taylor Lind, Hajime Kimura, Alejandro Chaskielberg and Diana Markosian and above all are they offer a free space where people can learn about photography and its language. We are also known for our Grant, an international photographic contest we organise with the aim of discovering new talents and awarding the best visual stories of the year. In every edition we receive more than 1,000 submissions and our former jury members include Martin Parr (Magnum Photos), Kira Pollack (TIME), James Estrin (New York Times), Alec Soth (Magnum Photos), Arianna Rinaldo (Cortona OTM) and Iatã Cannabrava (Estudio Madalena).
