The main goal of this company is creation of an environment in accordance with work and humanity values and toward organization ascendency. These two are completely in interaction and implementation of each of them calls for creation of a bed for another. In order to achieve long-term goals of the company i.e. usage of management and modern tools in service delivery and client oriented activities, it has been tried the best as a team work.
Description
The aim of the competition is to design a complex of 12 villas in Nairobi. The 12 villas are planned to be built in an area of 10602 m2. Each villa should have two parking lots. One of the major aims in designing these villas is to improve the inhabitant’s quality of life. Having some elements like balconies or good views to the sites are some strategies to be applied.
The competition shall be conducted in English.
Submission must be the original work of the Entrant and must not have been previously published.
All Submissions must strictly conform to the Terms and Conditions and the Rules and Guidelines.
The Winner is prohibited from the sale, assignment, or transfer of any of their submission rights to a third party.
BDesigns should be presented in maximum two A1 sheets.
Mahan ltd will endeavor to send prizes after ruling the Competition.
All the drawings should be within a high quality and resolution to be well printed on an A1 size.
