Adihex 2017 stand design competition

Description

COMPETITION DETAILS:

Participants are given a chance to design The Abu Dhabi International Hunting and Equestrian Exhibition (“ADIHEX”) Stand. An annual event that HAMDAN BIN MOHAMMED HERITAGE CENTER participates in. Its a prestigious event held in Abu Dhabi. You are to design a stand, to showcase your talent.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 

• The Competition is open to male and female participants in the UAE, within the age group of 18-30.
• Participants must enter the Competition under their names only. Each participant is permitted to submit only one design or will be ineligible for the Competition.
• This Competition is initiated to empower the youth within the Center’s CSR framework, therefore, it not permissible to participate under the umbrella of agencies, establishments, institutions or corporations of any form.
• A release form must be signed by the participant as HHC reserves the right to keep the design projects.
• The last deadline for submitting the design project is 20 July 2017 before midnight.
• Objections in respect to the final results of the Competition are taken into consideration but will be overruled as the panel of judges’ decision is final and binding. No information in relation to results, specifications or methods of mediating will be released to any objecting participant. Results are subject to change only in exceptional cases such as failure to comply with the stated terms and conditions of the Competition.
• There will be winners for the first three places. Accordingly winners will be notified and eventually must attend the award ceremony on the date and time specified by the Center.

CONCEPT DESIGN REQUIREMENTS: 

• 12m x 18m space;
• 11 monitor displays showcasing each championship separately;
• A space dedicated for a shooting simulator;
• A space dedicated for a live station set up for Al Oula radio;
• An exhibition like space within the stand to showcase past accomplishments in a photo gallery form;
• A double deck stand can be an option;
• 2 large sized focal point screens part of the architecture of the design. *kindly refer to sample layout document for your reference and downloadable branding specification for your use.

WINNER NOTIFICATION:

Once a potential artwork has been selected, the potential winner will be notified by email. Each winner must be able to receive phone calls from an unlisted/blocked number. The contact information provided on entry will be used to notify winners. Prize award notices will be sent to each  winner approximately (30)days after verification.
