Detroit Design 139: Detroit Design 139 is pleased to announce an open call for submissions that will result in an exhibition showcasing exceptional architecture and design work within the City of Detroit. Local, national, and international firms are encouraged to submit projects that have been, are currently being, or are planned to be built within Detroit’s 139 square miles.

Give a Park Get a Park Design Competition in Detroit: The City of Detroit, in partnership with the Knight Foundation, seeks ambitious, multidisciplinary design teams to join residents in developing a new park in one of Detroit’s vibrant neighborhoods. Come to Detroit this summer/fall and be a part of a new landscape-based revitalization strategy! First place design winners will receive a prize of $10,000 and have their park design implemented by the City of Detroit.
