2017-2018 Steel Competition: The Association of Collegiate Schools of Architecture (ACSA) is pleased to announce the 18th Annual Steel Design Student Competition for the 2017-2018 academic year. Administered by the Association of Collegiate Schools of Architecture (ACSA) and sponsored by the American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC), the program is intended to challenge students, working individually or in teams, to explore a variety of design issues related to the use of steel in design and construction.

10x10 StudyArchitecture Design Competition: ACSA seeks proposals from architecture students and faculty at ACSA Full and Candidate member schools for the design of a Study Architecture exhibit booth and interactive experience for the 2018 USA Science and Engineering Festival. The 10 x 10 foot booth should reflect the branding and messages of ACSA’s Study Architecture and #IMadeThat campaigns. The proposed activities within the booth should engage visitors in understanding how architects and architecture school graduates use STEM to design

2021 Steel Competition: Challenges architecture students to rethink the nature of working in a post-pandemic era and how to design for holistic physical and mental wellness for all the building’s inhabitants. We are asking you to go beyond the traditionally held singular focus on worker productivity and think about environments where everyone is safe and thrives.

2021 COTE Top Ten for Students Competition: The AIA COTE® Top Ten for Students Competition is sponsored by The American Institute of Architects Committee on the Environment (AIA COTE®), in partnership with the Association of Collegiate Schools of Architecture (ACSA). Each year, the competition recognizes ten exceptional student design studio projects that integrate health, sustainability, and equity, evaluated following the same categories of the AIA COTE® Top Ten Award for built work, and the AIA Framework for Design Excellence.
