The All Along the Watchtower Competition is open to architects, students of architecture, recent graduates, and associated disciplines from around the world.
CYSOA is looking to continue investigating the coastline of Geroskipou (the site of the Paphos Beach Shelters Competition). The winning design will be constructed on Geroskipou Beach in consultation with the local municipality.

Paphos Beach Shelters:
The Paphos Beach Shelter Competition is open to architects, students of architecture, recent graduates, and associated disciplines from around the world, during the European Capital of Culture - Paphos 2017.
CYSOA is looking to demonstrate designs for a modular canopy system that can be deployed on beaches to provide shelter from the sun (from June - August the average temperature is between 27.7 to 30.4°C).

The Lighthouse:
The Lighthouse competition involves the design of an un-manned structure with a light-source to act as a focal point for the area.
The structure may be constructed from any material, and innovation is and unusual formal expression is encouraged. The only requirement is that the light-source is accessible for maintenance. The 'Lighthouse' should be positioned anywhere along Geroskipou Beach in Paphos, Cyprus.
